Introducing the FLETCHER PILATES® ADVANCED REFORMER INTENSIVE with Program Director, Kyria Sabin

Taught by Fletcher Pilates® Program Director and internationally acclaimed 2nd generation master teacher Kyria Sabin, this in-depth movement and teaching experience offers a unique opportunity for qualified teachers and students enrolled in the Fletcher Pilates Comprehensive Program to engage in an in-depth study of the advanced Fletcher Pilates Reformer syllabus. This program integrates the classical Pilates repertoire with Ron Fletcher’s distinctive variations, providing a comprehensive exploration of advanced movements. Through detailed analysis, guided teaching labs, and experiential practice, participants will refine their understanding of how the foundational principles evolve into a dynamic, full-body program. Meet the Teacher: Kyria Sabin, Director of Fletcher Pilates®

Kyria directs Fletcher Pilates International and its comprehensive and continuing education programs. A graduate of Duke University and a former licensed massage therapist, Kyria initiated her studies with Ron Fletcher in 1991. Recognized by Ron Fletcher as a Master Teacher and Disseminator, Kyria founded The Fletcher Pilates Studio (formerly Body Works Pilates Studios) in Tucson, Arizona in 1993. She later developed the Pilates Program at the University of Arizona as Adjunct Faculty. She is an international presenter and has served on multiple national boards, including the Pilates Method Alliance, the National Pilates Certification Program,  the University of Arizona School of Dance, the Foundation for Expanding Horizons, the Haven Center for Women, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southern Arizona.
